Robert Locke began his legal career in general practice in Bath before moving to Bristol on qualifying as a Solicitor in 1985. He relocated to Portsmouth in 1987. There he was appointed to the RAC legal panel covering the Solent Courts. He forged close links with a local Transport Consultancy and in 1996 established his own niche practice in Fareham.
